I was very satisfied. The view from the top floor was nice. I am very satisfied with the hot springs. It is good that there is one exclusively for guests. 2 nights we stayed, we bathed in the morning and evening. The service at the last check-out was disappointing. I had asked for a receipt with a specific amount when I checked in. However, when I checked out, I was given a receipt for a different person. Moreover, the person in charge was replaced by a man and lied to me that the receipt for the specified amount would be handwritten. Finally, the image of the company was tarnished.

今回は、息子の赴任している下北半島の観光も含めて来ました。観光地も素晴らしく、食事も美味しく大変満足しました。

ご飯がいまいち。炊きたてを期待していましたが、モサモサ感が残念です。 ビジネスで利用しましたが、朝食時、観光客らしきご婦人２名が、マスクもせずに今日の予定をペチャクチャしゃべって不愉快でした。 従業員も困っていたようですが、注意できませんでしたね。

ビジネスで２泊しました。大満足は温泉です。アルカリ性で美人の湯ということでしょう。ｐｈが８．９だったと思います。体の酸化物を中和してくれます。２日とも夕２回、朝１回入りました。 残念だったのは、朝食です。基本のご飯がいまいち。炊きたてを期待していましたが、モサモサ感が残念です。 ２日目の隣の女性２人の観光客が、食事中にマスクもせずに今日の予定をペチャクチャしゃべる。このご時世に旅行ですので、感染リスクの意識がないのが分かります。従業員も困っていたようですが、注意できません。注意を促す看板を作ってください。 また、お世話になります。改善をお願いします。

“Old but beautiful hotel.”
As for the location, it was on a hill with a nice view. However, it was too far from the center to walk, so we drove to a local pub for dinner. It was also nice to be able to enter the adjacent hot bath facility. The hotel is old, but it doesn't bother me because the rooms are beautifully decorated. There are no other hotels in the center of the city except business hotels. I don't know because I didn't eat, but I would use this hotel again when I visit Mutsu City.
