The hotel is very convenient to the train station, restaurants and shopping areas! The staff spoke English and was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel while visiting Kichijoji!

駐車場が有るのも良かったです。車を駐車場に入れ街中を歩き回るのにどこ行くのにも便利です。 インバウンド？海外のかたがけっこういらして廊下の行き来が少し気になりましたが、、、 フロントの対応、ロビーでのドリンクサービス、とても良かったです。吉祥寺ではぜひまた利用させてもらいたいです。

“Used for my child's exam.”
We stayed here for our child's exam. We appreciated the alcohol tissues and candies for the students taking the exam. The location in front of the station was good and my child was able to get to the hotel by herself and was able to meet up with the others without incident. We were able to use the parking lot for one hour after check-out [until 11:00], so we were able to leave after shopping, etc. after sending our child to take the entrance exam. When we arrived at 3:00 p.m., there were many guests ahead of us, but they took our names in the order we arrived at the front desk, and we waited about 15 minutes. The procedure was smooth. I saw many other students and parents and children preparing for exams, and I could see why everyone was using the hotel. Thank you very much.
