“また利用したい！”
場所も繁華街に近く、駐車場も無いプランだったんですが用意されていて　とても良かったです。建物自体は新しくはないですが、清掃が行き届いていて不満はないです。ベッドも寝心地よく、またシャワーの水圧が強くて自分好みでした。なによりこの料金が最高です。また是非利用したいです！

“安く利用できました”
駅からは少し離れていますが、ホテルの近くに大型スーパーがあり便利でした。部屋のお風呂は狭く利用しにくかったですが、他に気になることはなく快適に利用することができました。

“想像以上のホテルでした。”
部屋に任意で温度設定可能なエアコンがあり、値段の割には良い感じでした。部屋にあった湯沸かし器が動かずフロントに連絡したところ、深夜にもかかわらず丁寧な対応だったりと全体的に文句無しの宿泊でした。機会があれば今後また利用したいと思います。

“近くにドンキホーテ！”
印象に残ったのは、すぐ近くにドンキホーテがあること！でも、営業は２３時まで！東室蘭駅からは、徒歩１０分ほど！周囲にはコンビニがいくつかあります。ネットカフェも！

“立地条件はいいけど”
飲み屋街まで歩いて行けるし、立地条件はいいのだけれど。テレビはＢＳないし、椅子に背もたれがないからベッドに上がらないとくつろげない。駐車場内での指定場所はチェックインカウンターでないとわかない。結局駐車し直しに行くのだが、雨天ならうんざり。

“朝食設定なし。”
今年の６月で朝食は廃止されていました。よほど利用者が少なかった（不味かった？）のでしょう。部屋は至って普通ですが、埃だらけで（拭き掃除していない）全体的に汚いです。（外部委託してないのかな？）まあそれ以外は普通のビジホですね。

“すこし不満”
室蘭で禁煙があまりなかったのでここにしました。ユニットバスがちょっと狭かった、寝具がちょっと臭かった、それ以外は普通でした。素泊まり４，８００円はもうちょっと安くして欲しいかな。

“ビジネスホテルです”
　奥行６０センチくらいの机があり、テレビがそれほど邪魔にならないので仕事に使えます。冷蔵庫とポットと廊下に電子レンジがあるので飲食の不自由はあまりないと思います。洗濯機と乾燥機も有料で置いてありますから、手間が省けます。　１００メートルほど歩けばスーパーがあり、近くには神社と公園、川沿いの遊歩道がありますから買い物も散歩にも便利です。

“エアコンが静で良かった”
以前はエアコンが古いせいか音がうるさく嫌な臭いもしましたが、今回の部屋はエアコンの音も静で臭いも気になりませんでした。

“デスクなし。隣室へ音が筒抜けの壁の薄さ。”
１　出張で利用しました。書類仕事があったのですが、デスクワークにはきつい低いテーブルしか部屋にありませんでした。フロントに折り畳みのテーブルでもとお願いしましたが、ないとのことでした。２　隣室のテレビの音声が、こちらのテレビの音のようにはっきりと一字一句全部まる聞こえでした。こちらの音も隣室に筒抜けかと思うと気持ち悪くなり、足音も忍ばせるようになりました。
