“露天風呂がいい”
スタッフはとても親切です。朝食は団体の宿泊客が多く、すごく混んでいてゆっくり食事できなかったです。

“ご飯がおいしかったです。”
夕飯のバイキングはローストビーフが美味しかったです。その他も幅広い年齢層の家族でも満足出来る品揃えだったと思います。残念だったのは，部屋の空調です。館内全体で管理されている空調ＯＮ・ＯＦＦ切替のみのため自分たちの希望の温度には出来ません。山側の部屋は西日でとても暑く，窓を開けても暑い状態でした。しかし，朝の窓からの風景はとても素敵で母は「良い景色だった」と喜んでいました。星空ロープウェイを利用しましたが，思っていたよりも寒く，途中で帰ってしまう方もいました。スタッフの方に「寒いので上着を着てきてくださいね」と言われましたが，想像以上の寒さのため，ホテル館内で山の上の温度が分かるように表示してくれたら，もっと各々対応できたのではないかと思います。色々と書き込みましたが，スタッフの方々の対応はとても良かったと思います。

“急遽素泊まりを利用しました。”
小岩井農場まきば園の帰りに、どこか温泉に入りたくなり急遽素泊まりでの利用しました。夜だったので食料の確保にドキドキしましたが近くのコンビニでどうにか調達しました。お部屋、ホテル設備ともレンジがあるともっといいなあと思います。露天風呂は本当に画像で見た通りで嬉しかったです。目の前が池で温泉の水がそちらにいくため温かいのか、鯉がすぐ触れる距離にいて大変珍しい感覚で楽しめました。雪道不安でしたが私がいったときはそこまで積もっておらず、でもギリギリな感じでした。そういえばほぼゲレンデ同然の場所ですもんね。次があればまたお邪魔したいです。
