チェックイン時に、イベントに伴うツアーのバスが深夜到着し、朝食は混み合うと教えてもらっていたので戸惑う事は無かったです。 夕食、朝食とも満足度は高かったです。スタッフの接客も良かっただけに、朝食の際、１人の女性スタッフの無愛想過ぎて、気分が少し堕ちました。 露天風呂だけ…と思って期待しなかった分、泉質も温度も私好みで、とても良かったです。

スタッフはとても親切です。 朝食は団体の宿泊客が多く、すごく混んでいてゆっくり食事できなかったです。

夕飯のバイキングはローストビーフが美味しかったです。その他も幅広い年齢層の家族でも満足出来る品揃えだったと思います。 残念だったのは，部屋の空調です。館内全体で管理されている空調ＯＮ・ＯＦＦ切替のみのため自分たちの希望の温度には出来ません。 山側の部屋は西日でとても暑く，窓を開けても暑い状態でした。 しかし，朝の窓からの風景はとても素敵で母は「良い景色だった」と喜んでいました。 星空ロープウェイを利用しましたが，思っていたよりも寒く，途中で帰ってしまう方もいました。スタッフの方に「寒いので上着を着てきてくださいね」と言われましたが，想像以上の寒さのため，ホテル館内で山の上の温度が分かるように表示してくれたら，もっと各々対応できたのではないかと思います。 色々と書き込みましたが，スタッフの方々の対応はとても良かったと思います。
