“コインランドリー至近”
ビジネスホテルに泊まるときに気になるのがコインランドリーの有無です。このホテルにはコインランドリーがありませんが、３分ほど歩いたところに大きなコインランドリー店があります。４５分間で８００円（少量の場合）と少々高いですが洗濯から乾燥までノータッチで良いので、一般のビジネスホテル内のコインランドリーより、かえって便利かもしれません。

“立地と朝食◎”
繁華街である大通りのアーケードから１００ｍほど。駐車場は裏手に立体が。駅にも盛岡城跡公園にも徒歩１０分ほどで、非常に立地が良い。朝食はひっつみ汁などの郷土系もある一方、グラノーラやジュースも数種あって良かったです。部屋はプラン的に狭いのを承知で行き、スーツケースを広げる台やスペースはなかったが、ベッドも広いし、空気清浄機など必要なものは完備。

“変わりましたね”
照明・空調・コンセントがベットの一ヶ所に集約されて使いやすくなりました。部屋にやはりグラスが欲しいです。夏にはアイスボックスがあれば嬉しいです。
