“Breakfast is great!”
This was my first time to use two art hotels (Hirosaki and Morioka) (because I couldn't get the hotel I wanted). （However, I was surprised at the location and facilities, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast. I will continue to use this hotel in the future.

The multi-story parking garage was very convenient, with in and out from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The room size, cleanliness, and bathtub were just right.

“Breakfast is especially good.”
The menu features an assortment of items that take full advantage of Iwate's local ingredients, all of which are delicious. However, you have to put gloves on both hands at once, can't you do something about that? Can't help it...

The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. However, it is a distance from the JR station and difficult to locate because the hotel name is in Japanese. Hotel service staff is also courteous.

“また利用するかは微妙です。”
部屋は綺麗で清潔感があり、良いです。テーブルや荷物を置ける机があるのは助かります。枕も予め低め、硬めの種類が置いてあったのは嬉しかったです。ただ、周りがうるさく寝たり起きたり、、ゆっくりできなかったのが残念。隣の話し声は聞こえるので気をつけてください。足音も響きます。部屋にペットボトルのお水はないです。

テレワークもかねプラン選択しましたが通路からスタッフ同士のの笑い声、話し声が部屋に入って来て目が覚めました。長時間滞在宿泊者にもう少し配慮頂きたいと思います。なので午前１０時にはチャックアウトしました。残念です。 …枕かえてますよね、カバー以外に消臭スプレー必要なのでは？とも思いました。

駐車場について事前問い合わせした際に中国人の方が電話に出て、すぐに答えてもらえず、折り返しになった。日本人のスタッフに折り返して欲しかったが、折り返しの電話も時間がかかった上に同じ中国人の方で他に聞きたいこともあったが諦めた。車椅子を使うと一言も話していないのに車椅子を使う客だと思われていたので、かけ直して日本人のスタッフと話せば良かったと思った。中国人の方を電話に出すなら館内のことも日本語ももっと理解できるようになってからにしてほしい。お部屋をランクアップしてもらえたのは嬉しかったが、浴槽は狭く感じた。朝食はコロナの関係でセットメニューになり主人のものだけヨーグルトが付いておらず、言いづらかったので言わなかったが提供する時にきちんと確認してから出してほしい。普通のコーヒーは無くなってもすぐ補充にならず、残念だった。ただ、南部鉄器のコーヒーはとても美味しかった。
