      “Employees' heartfelt response”

      Monbetsu PH is our family's regular hotel, and I feel that the employees have been thoroughly trained year after year. The food is to our family's liking, but what satisfied us most of all this time was the hotel staff's smiling faces, polite and pleasant language and behavior. I felt that their daily efforts were well thought out, which made me like them even more.

      “Convenient location”

      The hotel was conveniently located in the town of Monbetsu for both sightseeing and business. The hotel rooms were nice and clean, as if they had been renovated. The onsen (hot spring) was very nice and relaxing with an open-air bath. I would like to use this hotel again when I go to the vicinity of Monbetsu.
