Employees' heartfelt response”
Monbetsu PH is our family's regular hotel, and I feel that the employees have been thoroughly trained year after year. The food is to our family's liking, but what satisfied us most of all this time was the hotel staff's smiling faces, polite and pleasant language and behavior. I felt that their daily efforts were well thought out, which made me like them even more.

I was able to get a great deal with the Michinin discount this time, but I can't help but notice how old and small it is.

Convenient location”
The hotel was conveniently located in the town of Monbetsu for both sightseeing and business. The hotel rooms were nice and clean, as if they had been renovated. The onsen (hot spring) was very nice and relaxing with an open-air bath. I would like to use this hotel again when I go to the vicinity of Monbetsu.

Exceptional”
Ideal location in Mombetsu We had some changes in itinerary and the staff were helpful and tried their best to accommodate our changes. We had pre-arranged dinner and it was a sumptuous meal. The breakfast was good and it even had some sashimi items avail
