This was my first time on Miyako Island and I stayed here for 2 nights. The location was perfect, the staff was wonderful, and the buffet was spacious with plenty of space between tables. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful and we were able to rent towels so we could enjoy the beautiful ocean as much as we wanted. When we checked out of the hotel and later checked the amount, we found that some of the marine rental items were charged extra. (The items were not on the voucher at the beach house, but were included in the check-out bill.) I would have liked the staff to be a little more polite when presenting the total amount, such as confirming the restaurant use of OOO yen, marine rental of OOO yen, etc. at the time of checkout.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful resort for 4 days. We speak very little Japanese but the staff always found someone we could speak with. The staff was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The best part of the stay was the mass

最高にいいホテルでした。眺めがとてもよく部屋もとても綺麗でした。朝食はブュッフェを選択しましたが、私は和食が好きなのでその点では和食はあまり品数が少なかったので、和定食を選ぶとよかったかなと思いました。久しぶりにゆっくりできました。また予約させていただきたいと思います。

“Lovely hotel”
This was my first time on Miyako Island and my family of four stayed here for two nights. It was like an overseas resort, not far from downtown and right in front of the beautiful ocean. The room was on the first floor, garden side, and although it said you could not see the ocean, in fact you could see the ocean at the end of the garden, and you could also see the LIVE that was going on in the garden. It was nice because there was no stress of waiting for the elevator, it was easy to get out to go to the pool or restaurant, and it was clean after the renovation. The slippers were blue fluffy ones, different from other hotels. Cleansers, lotions, milky lotions, etc. are also provided. Gel balls in the laundry are also a nice touch. Unfortunately, the beer ordered during the dinner buffet was in plastic glasses, not in chilled mugs. The buffet also has a small number of items for both breakfast and dinner. The plates were cleared slowly, so it would be nice to have a table to clean up. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely go back.
