very satisfactory”
We used this hotel for a family vacation. We arrived early so we could enjoy table tennis, karaoke and crafts until dinner. The food was very satisfying, with a wide variety of local specialties and elegant dishes. The towels were colored, so it was easy to manage among family members. The customer service was courteous, smiling, and pleasant. We were very satisfied and it was a great memory.

Hotels with spectacular views”
We could see the sunset and sunrise very beautifully from our room. The lights of the fishing boats on the sea were fantastic. The food was also very good, buffet style, which was designed to avoid crowding. The only thing was that the doors in the rooms were designed with gaps in them, so the cool air from the corridor could not be blocked out, raising the temperature in the room, which in turn dried out the air. Other than that, the rest of the hotel was very nice, especially all of the staff members, who were all top-notch, and I thought it was hard to find a hotel that was so comfortable. I would say that the hotel is of a very high level just in terms of the hospitality of the staff. I would definitely go back during the warmer months.

The only disappointment was that it was not a hot spring bath. The food was delicious, the service when I called for pick-up, the staff at the restaurant, and the bus driver who picked me up were all very nice and helpful.

July 24, overnight stay, family of 5”
We were five people, including a junior high school student and a high school student, and we used the all-you-can-drink plan. We booked the all-you-can-drink plan at the adult rate, but the hotel kindly changed it to a different plan for the junior high and two high school students since they cannot drink alcohol. The buffet at night was delicious with seafood. However, I wanted to eat more crab, but the shells were not cut and I had to cut them myself with scissors, so it was difficult to eat. I think it would be better if the shells were cut so that they are easier for children to eat. It is a live kitchen, but the tempura and other dishes were cold. It was a pity.

The furnishing in the room is quite old and aged. A few small black dots of stain mark can be seen on the quilt cover for the bed, which is a bit surprise to me, as I have never seen poor standard of bed linen liked this in all the hotels I have visited i
