- Regarding Use of Large Communal Bath
The large communal bath cannot be used by guests with tattoos.
However, those who are able to completely cover their tattoos using the lodging's designated cover stickers (charges apply) may use the large communal bath.
For guests who have consumed alcohol, please take precautions to ensure safety when bathing.
Children still wearing diapers may use the baby bath provided.
The open-air bath may not be available for use depending on weather conditions or other circumstances.
For children 7 years of age and older or children 120 cm in height or taller, please use the respective male/female bath.
Furthermore, this may be subject to change due to regulation changes or other reasons.

こちらのホテルは日帰り温泉と併設されていて チェックイン前でも利用できます。温泉はスベスベ感があり大浴場も広く、清潔感もあり、良かったです。ホテルの朝夕のバイキング料理も品数が多くて美味しく頂きました。ホテルの露天風呂から見える大阪の夜景は最高です！またリピートで泊まりたいお宿でした。

恋人との記念日に宿泊しました。ホテル屋上の温泉は格差がありましたがとてもよかったです！ エレベーターから部屋が遠いことが難点でしたが、素敵な時間を過ごせました。

“check-out”
I was very surprised to see the fingernails of the male hotel staff at the check-out time, which were unbelievably long and unprofessional, especially for a member of the hospitality industry. I was very surprised at his unbecoming appearance as a member of society, much less in the hospitality industry. I thought it was a bad idea in these times under Corona. I paid a very high price to stay at the hotel, and I am very disappointed. I hope you will take immediate action. I hope the facility management will take action as soon as possible.
