I was very surprised to see the fingernails of the male hotel staff at the check-out time, which were unbelievably long and unprofessional, especially for a member of the hospitality industry. I was very surprised at his unbecoming appearance as a member of society, much less in the hospitality industry. I thought it was a bad idea in these times under Corona. I paid a very high price to stay at the hotel, and I am very disappointed. I hope you will take immediate action. I hope the facility management will take action as soon as possible.

We had a great time here. The food and service was great. There were two groups of bathes to choose from, and sitting in the outdoor bath at night viewing the Osaka lights was one of the best parts of the trip. The elevator to the hotel is a very short

こちらのホテルは日帰り温泉と併設されていて チェックイン前でも利用できます。温泉はスベスベ感があり大浴場も広く、清潔感もあり、良かったです。ホテルの朝夕のバイキング料理も品数が多くて美味しく頂きました。ホテルの露天風呂から見える大阪の夜景は最高です！またリピートで泊まりたいお宿でした。

恋人との記念日に宿泊しました。ホテル屋上の温泉は格差がありましたがとてもよかったです！ エレベーターから部屋が遠いことが難点でしたが、素敵な時間を過ごせました。
