離車站只是5分鐘路程，非常方便！今次upgrade 了我們的房間，非常滿意。另前枱有普通話客服，不用擔心言語問題。 天空露天溫泉是我住過多間溫泉旅館最漂亮和舒服的，面對無敵夜景浸住溫泉，重有一陣陣的涼風，舒服到不願離開❤️

露天無敵景溫泉真係無得彈,好靚,設備都足夠,房間就舊d,床鋪枕頭好旅館feel,要換喇,自助早晚餐都ok,要求唔高都可以,日式食品多,早餐時間6-9,10點要check out,對我地香港人嚟講,早左d,最好笑我4點醒左瞓唔返上去浸溫泉,估唔到人多到爆,香港人實在習慣瞓得太晏,哈哈!

交通亦算可以，由梅田站乘電車約30分鐘，在石橋轉車往箕面，車次密，鄉鎮地方繁忙時間都有位坐，梅田往石橋最好等急行班次，早晚餐都是自助餐，種類傳統日式、洋食，沙拉以菜類為主，甜品日式及西式，但早餐8點有人龍排隊，最好早點去，退房當天可早餐時先辦手續付款，退手環（購物用），同佢講要浸溫泉，會再安排，房卡夠鐘退房才交還服務櫃臺，有收集箱投入箱內就可離去，全程無收過訂金，退房時付現金，日本人講信用

It only took us 40 mins from Umeda to the hotel by hotel shuttle bus. The hotel is big and you never feel crowd and no queuing on all the facilities. Both buffet dinner, free entertainment zone and the paid massage service are nice. We will be back!

酒店職員的服務非常好，唯食物質素一般，早晚餐都是自助式，本來以為是點餐形式。 而且酒店內的客人多數是老人家，溫泉尚可，最頂層有露天溫泉，一樓亦有溫泉。 房間燈光好暗，其中一張被有尿味，而且房間被編排到差不多盡頭，走廊燈光都好暗，感覺不太好。

原訂3人房，check in後進房是一間西式2人房。致電前台了解，服務員起初認為是我個人搞錯了！後提供訂房確認號經再三查核，最終說是他們搞錯了。但只能按排二人日式房間。一進房一股霉味，木地板都已退色，日式趟窗上除破了一個洞外還滿佈灰塵。房間隔音非常差，房間為於電梯邊，只要走廊有人談話都聽得到，鄰房當晚近2點的聲浪清楚聽到。晚餐以自助餐形式，與其他溫泉酒店有別。若一心品嚐日式傳統料理則不能雙比。溫泉方便有室外、室內兩種選擇。屋頂露天溫泉是該酒店特式，亦只供住客使用。是一大特式之一！
