It's been a while since I had a buffet style dinner, but the number of items and the contents were both good. My husband was very satisfied with the all-you-can-drink service, especially the pasta with table service, grilled mountain trout, and sashimi of rainbow trout. The breakfast was also good, both Western and Japanese style, but I was disappointed that I could not enjoy the freshly baked omelette after the meal. The staff was very energetic and pleasant overall. I would like to visit this hotel again if I have the chance.

It was a wonderful hotel. I was surprised to learn that Yujiro Ishihara used to come here for a hot-spring cure. The service was impeccable, and the rooms were well appointed and satisfactory. I thought the hot springs were a little lukewarm compared to others, but there were several different types and they were perfect for a long bath. The free draft beer after the bath was delicious. The entertainment at night, such as taiko drums, kept us entertained. We were even more impressed when we were able to use our coupon. I would like to come back again.

“They were very kind.”
We made a mistake in our reservation plan and got the wrong room specification, but they pointed it out to us and replaced it with a new one, and also deferred the charge. I was very satisfied with that alone, but I also enjoyed the all-you-can-drink beer after taking a bath, and the dinner and breakfast were also very good. I personally loved the 36 degree sulfur spring, which was very warm even though it was slippery. The only drawback was the pillows and bedding. The only drawbacks were the pillows and bedding. I have a short neck, so I wanted a pillow that was a little lower. I would prefer a thinner comforter. It was interesting that there were many blue herons nesting in the pine trees, and in the evening they would come back to the trees in the garden and sing. Anyway, all the employees were very helpful. It was the closest inn to the station and it was the right choice.
