酒店房間非常大，又有識中英文的服務人員，非常方便。最窩心的是酒店服務人員敬業樂業的服務態度，尤其是前台的謝函君及餐廳的姜紀亙，以及安排我們泊車的日本籍工作人員，給我們有賓至如歸的感覺。入住大自然還可以使用本館的溫泉，非常優惠。酒店還提供免費穿梭巴士，方便住客來往各溫泉，非常體貼。值得推薦。

“It's the end of the year.”
I checked in after 6:00 pm for a family stay. We saw no guests or employees from the time we saw the two front desk staff until we checked out the next day. The large bathroom at night and in the morning was also reserved for my child and I. It was kind of lonely. The room was very clean and nice, as if it had been remodeled. The temperature of the bath in the large bathroom was a little low and I felt a little unsatisfied.
