“昭和レトロを楽しむ”
他では味わえない昭和レトロを楽しめる。政府登録国際観光旅館の看板も懐かしい。露天風呂はよかったけれど女性風呂が狭かったとのこと。これも昭和？。絨毯の汚れなど館内や部屋の設備が古いままなのが残念。

“ゆっくりとした時間”
豪華な物や贅沢な物は何もないが、必要な物は全てある。最高の温泉とごく普通の食事。時間の流れを感じさせる建物は疲れた心をむしろ癒やしてくれる。マニュアル化された接客にはトゲがあるが、ここにはその様なものもない。

“露天自慢”
立地は、猿ヶ京バス停から徒歩１０分ぐらいの辺りであろうか。バス未知は、１本未知であるが、足湯の場所を中に入る必要がある。湯元長生館は、猿ヶ京４老舗旅館の１つであるが、すでに２件のみ軒が姿を消している。この旅館の自慢は、なんといっても露天風呂にある。その落ち着いたたたずまい、風光明媚な景色は、紹介するに値する一押し露天風呂である。

“料金安くて満足”
ありがとうございました。従業員さんと楽しくお話しでき、ご自慢の野天風呂を満喫し６０歳代にはちょうどいい夕食朝食、部屋も広く眺めも良く。ゴールデンウィークにこの料金でこの旅館に宿泊できたのは幸運です。機会があればまた行きたいと思います。
