    We get free upgrade from normal to family room for free! We're very impressive. This ryokan is great also onsen is great too. More over Tofu kaiseki is supurb! You will get more than you paid! Very recommend!

    Hotel with an excellent view of Akaya Lake. Our room was a Western-style Japanese room facing the lake and offers great views Good service all the way from check-in to check-out. Take advantage of the free shuttle bus service from Gokan station or Jomo

    食事はおいしい”

    台風あけ一泊二日でお世話になりました。従業員の方のサービスや食事はとても良かったですがお風呂が部屋から遠くちょっと残念でした。お風呂が楽しみでしたが 露店風呂が少しぬるく、また設備は老朽化している感じは否めないかな、、、。 でも大女将さんの昔話や餅つきなどは楽しめました。
