Beautifull hotel . we stayed 03 nights and had to have 03 buffet dinners + 03 buffet breakfast as there was no other option , lastest time to start dinner was 18:30 , beakfast closed at 09:00 . These made our time there not very enjoyable

The hotel itself is very nicely done. I went with my friend and we enjoyed the trip. The shuttle runs twice a day so you have to plan accordingly to get to the hotel. The hot spring was amazing. Very relaxing and it was snowing when we went. Beautiful. Plu

good for a weekend break,close to Takaragawa-onsen,Oze,Tanigawa-dake. good escape from the heat in summer. Golf o.k.,hiking possible hearby.

“Overall, I'm satisfied.”
The room was honestly very small and the ceiling was so low that my children hit their heads several times on the bunk beds. They gave us a locker to put our luggage in because the room was so small. The hotel seemed old, but the staff was very friendly. Especially the manager and the young staff brother on the slopes were very kind to us when our child was injured. I may not be satisfied with every single item, but if I look at the staff's service alone, I am overall very satisfied.
