Not a bad deal for a weekend stay. The room we had was a bit old, but an outdoor bath was nice. We like the big mixed onsen. Good service, a gentleman tried very hard to find cotton pads for my wife. The bingo was fun. A restaurant serves good noodles and

The ryokan was a bit difficult to get to but the room was very beautiful place to stay. Not many people spoke english but it was still easy to get around and staff were all very polite. I would reccommend this ryokan to anyone wanting an authentic experien

今回で２回目の宿泊でした。 前回同様にとても暖かいおもてなしで癒されました。 閑散期で従業員の人数が少なかったですが、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 また宿泊したいと思います。

スタッフの方がとても親切で、子供にもよく声をかけてくださったりととても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。露天風呂が大浴場と入り口が違うため少し不便でしたが、その他は大満足です。夕食の奈義和牛はとても柔らかく、朝食含め大変美味しく頂きました。夏休み期間に行われていた大ビンゴゲーム大会もとても楽しく良い想い出になりました！

“We stayed in a separate room with an open-air bath,”
The hotel was clean and the dinner was satisfactory. However, there was a slight disappointment. When I returned to my room after dinner, there was no futon laid out, and when I called the front desk, they hurriedly came to lay out a futon. I called the front desk, and they hurriedly came to lay out the bedding. Also, the picture on the TV in the room was not adjusted properly, so the picture was unpleasant. One more thing, the WiFi ID and password were written on the room information sheet, but I could not connect to the Internet. I asked the front desk and they said the internet connection was too thin to connect. The error message said that I could connect to the AP at the end of the room, but not to the Internet at the end of the room. If this is the case, it would be better not to guide us from the beginning.
