１０年ぶりに利用しました。変わらず接客が素晴らしいですね。リーズナブルな部屋に泊まりましたが、とても良かったです。是非また利用したいです。

ホテルの駐車場なのに、８００円の駐車料金がいるのは、どうなのかそれと　大浴場か無いのが　残念でした。道後温泉が近くに有るのに　温泉に入りたかったでも　夕食・朝食は、大変　美味しかったです。部屋の設備もよかったですが　ヘアリキッドが無かったのて　残念でした。

“接客はいい”
建物が昭和の年代物で、昔は歓楽街でいいホテルだった面影がある。クチコミの通り、フロントの接客は、丁寧。ただ、私は喫煙をしないので、口臭がたばこ臭いフロントマンはどうかとは思うのだが、言い過ぎか。廊下の換気がないため、喫煙階にあたり、たばこの臭いが充満していて喘息がでそうだ。部屋のトイレは掃除していないだろうと言うくらい汚い。便器に黒筋が入っている。朝食は、品数が少なく、量も少ない。アパなら無料レベル。３連休の当日に予約し、空室があるホテルなので、まぁ、そんなもんだろう。ただ、その割には、高いとは思った。田舎によくあるケース。
