They seemed to remember that we had talked about a slightly extravagant stay for our wedding anniversary when we cancelled and rebooked our existing reservation in order to use the regional discount, and they even prepared welcome fruit for our anniversary. We were very satisfied with the service we received from the information desk staff, the waitress, the divine combination of lifting and lowering the bedding, the front desk staff, and the parking lot staff. There was a hinoki bath with hot spring water in the room as well, but I only used the large bathroom because I like large bathrooms, but the towels and other preparations in the large bathroom were clean and I could go to the bathroom without any towels. I would like to use this hotel again for anniversaries and other occasions.

部屋・食事など概ね満足しておりますが、部屋へ行くのにワンフロア分の階段を使用する必要があり不便でした。 エレベーターもあったようですが、案内がなかったので家族が体調面で苦労していた点が残念でした。

“We had a comfortable stay.”
