“I am satisfied with everything.”
They seemed to remember that we had talked about a slightly extravagant stay for our wedding anniversary when we cancelled and rebooked our existing reservation in order to use the regional discount, and they even prepared welcome fruit for our anniversary. We were very satisfied with the service we received from the information desk staff, the waitress, the divine combination of lifting and lowering the bedding, the front desk staff, and the parking lot staff. There was a hinoki bath with hot spring water in the room as well, but I only used the large bathroom because I like large bathrooms, but the towels and other preparations in the large bathroom were clean and I could go to the bathroom without any towels. I would like to use this hotel again for anniversaries and other occasions.

部屋・食事など概ね満足しておりますが、部屋へ行くのにワンフロア分の階段を使用する必要があり不便でした。エレベーターもあったようですが、案内がなかったので家族が体調面で苦労していた点が残念でした。

“和みの宿”
伊佐爾波神社前の伝統あるホテル「ふなや」に泊まりました。神社にはよく参拝に来ていて、一度は泊まりたいなあと思っていました。さすが老舗だけあって、従業員の方々の物腰が柔らかく、ゆったりとした気持ちになりました。夕食朝食とも部屋食で緊張しましたが、中居さんの対応や話しが優しく、愛媛県人の人柄や風土を感じ、楽しく和やかな気持ちになりました。ありがとうございました。

“流石のサービスです”
高級老舗旅館の割にリーゾナブルな料金です。街中のため景色は望めませんが、露天も小奇麗で良い雰囲気でした。理容はしませんんでしたが、川席も素敵でした。

“部屋のグレードアップがあり…”
俳句ラウンジスイートに泊まらせてもらいました。接客がシティホテルと温泉旅館の良いとこどりしたようなつかず離れずの絶妙さが満足しました。料理も薄味で上品な味付けがとても良かったです。また機会を作って是非泊まりたいです。

“夕食の日本酒”
夕食は食事処で頂きましたが、個室ではないので周囲の音が聞こえ、気になりました。人手が少なく、注文したものが出てくるまで時間がかかることも多買ったです。和食と共に美味しい日本酒が頂きたかったのですが、３００ｍＬなど瓶入りのものがそのまま提供され、興ざめでした。種類は少なくてもお薦めの日本酒を素敵な酒器で提供して頂けたら、夕食を楽しめたと思います。

“さすが老舗旅館”
道後温泉駅からも近く、道後温泉本館にもぶらぶら散歩するには程よい距離でした。部屋も広く、コンセントも何ヶ所かあるので充電がスムーズにできました。大浴場にはタオルがあるので手ぶらでいけるし、混雑していなかったのでのんびり温泉に入れました。食事は部屋食で沢山あり、どれも美味しかったです。また同行者がお肉が苦手の旨を伝えたらお料理を変更してもらえたのもありがたかったです。大きい旅館なのでお布団敷きに時間かかるかなぁと思いましたが、早くてびっくりですが嬉しかったです。翌朝、新聞が届いてたのも良かったです。朝ご飯も美味しくモリモリ食べちゃいました。タクシーの手配をお願いしたら親切に説明して下さりありがとうございます。色々宿を迷いましたがふなやさんにして良かったです。

“マタニティ旅行”
今回は結婚記念日五周年＆主人の誕生日＆マタニティ旅行として利用させていただきました。身重になり、移動がスムーズにできるか不安でしたが、お宿に到着すると一気に解消しました。親切なスタッフの方のお声掛けが嬉しかったです。おもてなしをいただいた記念日フルーツなどお心遣いに感謝いたします。主人と二人での旅行はラスト。次回は家族が増えて、また伺いたいです。素敵なお宿で、温泉も気持ち良く、次回は連泊予定です。

一人で昼食を利用しました。お風呂に入った後に食事をしました。風呂は空いていて快適でした。昼食は質重視のため量は少なく、若干物足りなさがありました。

“初めての道後温泉”
良い温泉を堪能しました。食事は新鮮なお魚と地のものがメインで質・量ともに満足です。夜、和洋室からは遠くにライトアップされた松山城の眺望が楽しめました。庭園は窓越しに眺めるのではなく、ベランダに出て見下ろす感じでした。

“落ち着きある本流旅館”
１泊朝食付きの和洋室に宿泊しました。フロントの方の応対・説明とても丁寧で代々皇族が宿泊する旅館であることがわかった印象です。館内には歴代ひいきにしていた著名人、たとえば伊藤博文や与謝野晶子夫妻昭和・平成に宿泊した天皇・皇族の写真や絵画などが展示されてちょっとした美術館という感じでした。客層は子連れは少なく外国の人も個人客だけで大人の好む本流旅館の印象でした。また宿泊してみたいです。
