Q. Is the Internet available?
A. Wi-Fi Internet access is available in all guest rooms, and all public areas.
Q. When is the large communal bath available?
A. 5:00 - 10:00 and 14:30 - 25:00 (separate bath for men and women, baths will not switch)
The sauna is available until 24:00.
Q. When is the open-air bath available?
A. 5:00 - 10:00 and 14:30 - 24:00 (separate bath for men and women, baths will swith during the day)
Q. When is the reservable private bath available?
A. 15:00 - 23:45 (final use from 23:00 / please apply at check-in / JPY 2,700 per 45 minute use)
Q. Where will breakfast and dinner be served?
A. Dinner may be served at the hotel restaurant, private dining room, or the guestroom (depends on the booked room type)
Time: 18:30 - 21:00 (final starting time 19:30)
Breakfast is served at the hotel restaurant.
Time: 7:00 - 9:00
Q. Is there a parking lot?
A. There is a parking lot with 80 spaces for standard vehicles (additional charge of JPY 540 per day).
Q. Can luggage be kept at the hotel?
A. Luggage can be kept at the hotel before check-in and after check-out.
Individual ingredients (carrot, kiwi, blueback fish, etc.), seasoning and thickeners (flour, soybeans, dairy products, eggs, and nuts), and food products that are used as ingredients for broths, etc., cannot be removed.
Changes or removal of course meal ingredients cannot be made for guests that cannot eat any of the seafood or vegetables.
As Japanese cuisine will be served for both dinner and breakfast, bonito broth, kombu seaweed broth, etc. - which are necessary for seasoning - cannot be changed or removed for guests that cannot consume them.
And changes cannot be made to course meal ingredients for guests that cannot eat any of the fish or meat.
