    職員的服務十分體貼細心，而且會用翻譯軟件和客人溝通。早晚餐食物水平非常高，而且很多變化。旅館步行五分鐘左右就可以到達溫泉商店街，很值得花一晚上閒逛；十分鐘就可以到達電車站，非常方便。

    客房十分寛大，清潔，舒適。私人風呂也十分舒適，有私人空間。早、晚餐十分美味及有一級水準。雖然位置離手信約5分鐘步行上山，但可以接受。沿途的風景也很好。今次旅程十分滿意。

    객실은 그냥 평범한 다다미방이었고 위치도 초행길이면 조금은 찾기 힘든 곳에 있었어요 하지만 와규 이요규는 정말 환상적이었고 대욕탕 또한 훌륭했습니다. 직원분들도 정말 친절했구요. 연말에 진심으로 기분좋게 잘 지내다 왔습니다!

    식사, 온천, 서비스 모두 훌륭했습니다. 석식, 조식 모두 매우 만족스러웠으며, 석식의 후식을 배불러서 못먹겠다고 하자 방으로 보내주셔서 감동받았습니다. 도고칸의 녹차가 너무 맛있어서 구매할 수 있는지 문의드리자 팔지는 않는다고 하셔서 아쉬웠는데, 호텔 매니저분이 선물로 녹차를 챙겨주셔서 매우 감동받았습니다. 온천도 훌륭해서 온천한 다음날 피부가 부드러워지고 머리카락에 윤기가 나는 것을 확인할 수 있었습니다. 다음에도 꼭 투숙하고 싶습니다.
