I want a hot spring.”
Overall, I am very satisfied. We were grateful to have our room changed because there were not many guests on the day of our stay. All the staff were kind and friendly, and I was very satisfied with the food. However, I still wanted to go to the hot spring. I remember that there were no hot springs in Matsushima, but if there were hot springs, I would like to return many times.

Exceptional”
Quite scenic location beautiful . Food outstanding if one favors Japanese..I am Caucasian and used to Japanese food. Inexperienced folks may have issues I highly recommend the hotel , it is well worth the $

Good”
Place needs some renovation inside and outside. Tables in the dining hall had partly joints. Can hear the train that runs directly behind the hotel.

Very good”
This hotel is overpriced, old fashioned, poor amenities in room, breakfast and dinner buffet that never changes. Ok, the view of Matsushima Bay is beautiful, but big disappointment anyway.
