The hotel has a wonderful location just 2 minutes on foot from JR Matsumoto Station. The front desk and restaurant are located on the tenth floor, where visitors can also enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the North Alps on a clear day.

We stayed for consecutive nights, but the rooms are cleaned every other day for consecutive nights, and they do not replenish consumables (tissues, toilet paper, toothbrushes, etc.) unless you request them to do so. Also, the closet shelves were so dusty that they turned white when I put a change of clothes on them. Other than that, no problems.

The room is very clean and tidy. The canteen has beautiful view and free drinks for the clients. Very thoughtful. Location is just next to the bus stop. So convenient. But no noise.

Comfortable, clean room right across from train station. Our room was on the 9th floor and surprisingly quiet. Good buffet breakfast. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Matsumoto is a very walkable city with lots to see and lots of good food to eat. It
