Not in the Matsumoto city, about 10 min driveto the city centre. A quiet neighborhood. Very traditional hotel, with good service. The hotel staff are friendly and always smiling.

Extremely good customer service. One of the reception staff spoke very good English and was very professional. Food was delicious! Totally enjoyed our stay here.
