The inn is surrounded by rich green forests of the mountains, and boasts the large open-air bath of 120 tsubo (400 square meters) in size and is considered one of the best in Japan. The inn's 10,000 tsubo (33,000 square meters) traditional Japanese garden reflects the individual taste of four seasons and is best recommended for a nice walk.

It is famous that Emperor Showa stayed there, but it seems that many famous people have stayed there. It seems that many famous people have stayed at the hotel. The large open-air bath, the largest in Japan, is so large that it is difficult to find the person you are meeting in the bath. However, the indoor baths are also unique, and since men and women are interchangeable, you should enter either in the evening or in the morning. The parking space in front of the entrance is small, but the staff can drive you to the parking lot both upon arrival and departure. Located in the center of the hot spring resort area, it is well suited for strolling around the hot spring resort.

My best onsen stay so far. Service was great. Food was fantastic! Treated like a King/Queen during our stay. The water was smooth and the shared open bath is great for couple.

Love almost everything in this Onsen hotel. Besides the female and male separated onsen bath, there is a mixed onsen for both gender. The mixed onsen is really good for couples to enjoy onsen together. Staff services is great. Food is fantastic. Definitely

お風呂が最高です。大浴場と大露天風呂はそれぞれ時間をずらして利用しましたがどちらも良かったです。お部屋も広くてゆっくりできました。お料理も広間食でしたが、ゆっくりと食事できました。立地もよく、玉造温泉街を歩いても楽しめました。ホテルの方もとても親切で楽しい旅になりました。また利用したいと思います。

大露天風呂は言うに及ばず、接客サービスもお部屋もお食事も、大変素晴らしいものでした。 スタンダード会席で、一番お安いプランでしたが、それでも、お食事はかなり満足。 朝食も、これが夕食でも良いかな、と言うくらい、しっかり提供されました。 ホテル自体が大きくて、迷子になりそうなくらい。 昭和天皇御座所や庭園も素晴らしく、充分満喫できました。

昭和天皇も宿泊され、その設備をそのまま残されているだけあって、ゆっくりと過ごすことができるとても落ち着いた日本の旅館でした。海外旅行客も少ないエリアでした。うちの家族はとても満足でした。

朝晩の食事が最高でした。追加料理も必要無く質、量ともに大満足でした。温泉の湯もすべすべで最高でした。料金も正月でこのリーズナブルさにはびっくりです。来年の正月も是非訪れたい。

チェックインからチェックアウトまでおもてなしの心が伝わるサービスでした。館内の従業員の方々の挨拶がしっかりしていて気持ちが良かった。 お風呂も露天風呂が素晴らしかった。 夕朝食も内容が充実しており、十分の内容でした。 はじめての島根、出雲旅行で選ぶなら間違いないお宿だと思います。 ありがとうございました。

妻と二人で利用しました。 混浴露天風呂は少し暑かったですが、非常に良かったですし、夜ご飯も美味でした。 朝食はまあ普通で、特に目新しい物はありませんでした。 気になったのが、部屋のほこり。 ドライヤーにはホコリが溜まってたし、空気加湿器の水いれには水アカが付いており、そこは綺麗に掃除してほしいところ。 あまり細部までは見てない感じですかね。

今回 初めて宿泊しました。 まず お出迎えや玄関周りの男性（ご年配）の方々の気持ちの良い接客に感激しました。素晴らしかったです。 ただ その後のフロントの若いスタッフやお部屋に案内してくれた係の無表情さにギャップがあり、少し残念。 お部屋はとてもお掃除が行き届いていて快適でした。 また 夜は天皇陛下が宿泊されたお部屋などをゆっくり観ることができて貴重な経験ができました。 温泉のお湯を持ち帰れるように容器を用意しておいてるのも嬉しかったです。また次回も泊まりに行きたいと思います。

湯編み着もあり 大きな露天風呂に家内と一緒に伸び伸びと楽しめた。ホテルの庭園も散策出来、また ホテルの前を川が流れており散策を楽しめた。牛のしゃぶしゃぶも量がたっぷりあり、老人には多いかなと思いましたが他の料理も含めて美味しく完食させていただきました。スタッフの皆様の応対も気持ち良く山陰に来た際はまた利用させていただきます。

連泊で宿泊しました。朝食のメニュー、お菓子を違う物にして下さり、ありがとうございます。 温泉、庭園もとても素晴らしかったです。 また、玄関横で温泉水を汲んでいた所、従業員の方が「宜しかったら、どうぞ」とタオルを差し出して下さったのがとても嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。 今回は目的があり夕食をつけませんでしたが、次回は２食付で宿泊したいと思います。

朝食付きの格安プランで、とても良かったです。姉妹館の玉造国際ホテルへの送迎も有りますので、夕食に、国際ホテルを利用しましたが、ちょっと時間がかかった。

“For better or worse, an old-fashioned ryokan”
Stayed at the hotel because of the mixed bathing open-air bath with a view. The bath was large and nice, but the users were either men's groups or families. It was nice and quiet for families with small children, but the adult families were so noisy that we could not relax. We went during a holiday weekend, but I felt there were few users compared to the number of guests staying at the hotel. The newer large baths, which are interchangeable, were very nice. Meals were served in a semi-private dining room. The quantity of food was suitable for women. It was delicious, but not spectacular. The rooms could hear the river outside except at night. The room was larger than expected, and although not very appealing, the hot water in the room seemed to be from a hot spring. The hot spring water was very smooth. The hot spring water was very light, but it was good for smoothing the skin. The store was open for a long time and the location was good. I did not go to the Emperor Showa's throne room, which was a special offer. I did not go to the Emperor Showa's throne room, which is a special offer. I think it is good for a family trip.
