The location of the hotel was excellent and the infection control measures were well taken, so I felt safe and comfortable staying there!

コスパはいい旅館です。 外観のおもむきと内観があってなかった。 所々老朽化した感じがする。 朝食は旬のものもなく、地物もないので、 外食すればよかったと思った。

２度目ですが、前回同様よかったです、部屋にベットがあり便利なのと、フリードリンクのサービスがあり、食事の後にはデザートのサービスで満足しました。温泉は源泉かけ流しではないですが、湯の温度が表示していてゆっくり楽しめました。天気はいまいちでしたが、かえりにＪＡによって「のどぐろ」を買って帰りました。

素泊まりの１番安いプランなのにすごく丁寧な対応。 近くに食事処がないからとパンやおやつ、スープ、ドリンクバーまで用意がありました 温泉もとっても綺麗ですし、足湯も５つもあります 中庭もとても綺麗で次も泊まるなら絶対ここがいいです！

“I was very disappointed.”
There was no shuttle service from the nearest train station, so we took a cab. When we arrived at the ryokan, they unloaded our luggage from the cab, but left it in the hall and we carried it to our room by ourselves. The food was not good, the tea was self-service, and the button to call a waitress was like in a family restaurant. The large bathroom smelled of chlorine. The room and the hotel were dimly lit and cold. The number of towels prepared in the room was small, and I felt that the hotel was cutting costs in all areas. The pictures on the website were different from the reality. The room, food, bath, service, and everything else was not worth the price of the stay.
