“ルームキー”
最近のホテル、旅館はルームキーが２つ以上あります。残念ながら、当旅館はルームキーが一つしかなく、温泉地では男女別れて入浴します。男女で入浴時間も違い、フロントに預ければと仰っていただきましたが、お客さま側からすれば、せっかく温泉に入って、ゆっくりしたいのに気を遣う動作が、正直無いなと感じました。鍵を取り替えるとコストがかかりますが、鍵をコピーすれば、それ程コストもかからないと思います。大手旅行会社のＪＴＢさんなので、是非旅館に提案して貰えると、次に宿泊される方も、喜ばれると思います。よろしくお願いいたします。

“めのうの温泉の色彩に癒される”
部屋は広く、畳もきれいでゆったり過ごすことができました。朝夕で男女が入れ替わる大浴場は、めのうが敷き詰められた湯船が色彩豊かで、疲れを癒してくれました。また、朝食はバイキング形式で、目移りするほど品数があり、とても楽しめました。特に、作り立てオムレツは並んでもいただく価値がある美味しさでした。素晴らしいホテルで、また訪れたいと思います。

“大雨の日の送迎バスが助かりました”
大雨の日にチェックイン時間を切り上げました。事前に送迎パスの予約をしておりましたが、当日の大雨で、予定時間よりお迎えの時間を早めさせていただきましたが、ホテル側からは感じ良くご対応いただき、大変助かりました。　　　大浴場は露天風呂も広くて良かったです。食事は夕食は華美ではなかったですが、夫婦でちゅょうど良い量でした。朝食は色々あって、目移りしてしまいましたが、楽しいビュッフェでした。

“ホスピタリティが高い！”
妻と２人で利用させてもらい、このお値段で非常に満足させてもらいました。設備は最新では無いものの、お手入れが行き届いており綺麗で古さを感じさせられませんでした。メインの大浴場はとても大きく気持ちよく、特に露天風呂は最高でした。夕食は美味しいですし、朝食はバラエティ豊かですし、目の前で調理してくれ出来立てが食べれるのは良かったです。それに、スタッフ皆さんしっかりと教育されており、料理の説明から気遣いなど満足させて貰いました。また、タイミングにもよりますが、いろんなイベントをされており私たちはホタルツアーに参加して綺麗なホタルを見れました！
