We came on the day with heavy snow. The staff members were considerate and drove us to the hotel under bad weather condition.

Exceptional”

房間及溫泉都很好, 不過從車站一定要坐的士才能到, 不是太方便。服務人員很友善，另外, JAPANICAN 的人員也提供了很好的服務，多次幫忙跟旅館聯絡，感謝！
