We were given a room which was one category below what we booked. We questioned the Hotel and was moved to the room we booked. You need to investigate and assure that this Hotel is honest (NO CHEATING) to all guests especially foreigners!!!

This place was better than I had expected. It's hard to tell from some of the pictures, but the room was beautiful, and the onsen was clean and nice as well. The private rooms for dinner and breakfast were a nice touch, it seemed very "Japanese". The fo

Everything at Naniwa Issui was amazing: really nice people, delicious food, great room facing the lake, beautiful onsen... We stayed two nights for honeymoon. One of our favorite Ryokans in Honshu.
