dated decor of the lobby and the room but it is a small point compensated by the level of attention provided by the staff. Free early morning bus to the train station a bonus

二度目の利用でしたが、今回もスタッフは親切で、こちらの要求にもできる限り対応していただけました。 朝食バイキングは、種類も豊富でおいしかったです。宍道湖を眺めながらの食事は格別です。 今回はレイクビューの部屋では無かったので残念でしたが、そのかわり松江城が見えました。

２連泊しました。 連泊の室内清掃はフロントに依頼した場合のみでした。 それが、かえって良かった。 荷物を清掃し易いように、纏めておく必要がなかった。

“It was comfortable.”
Stayed at the hotel without meals. There are not many restaurants around the hotel, which was unexpected, but there is a convenience store on the first floor of the main building. I was a little disappointed that there was not much variety, but I will take that as a memory of the trip. There are many electrical outlets in the rooms, so it was not inconvenient to charge my phone. There is a large public bath where you can spend a pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out can be done by machine, so we didn't have to wait in line at the counter. Walking distance from Matsue Castle. Walking distance to Matsue Shinjiko Onsen station. It was just the right distance.
