I have used them several times for travel support. However, some days of the week are very popular and it is difficult to get a reservation. It is very convenient to be able to use as many towels as you like in the bathrooms. The lymphatic massage is so good that I fall asleep every time. The breakfast is included in the course and dinner can be served at a restaurant on the premises, so it is easy to use without having to specify the time. The receptionist was not very familiar with the hotel, but this time she was really familiar with the hotel and was very attentive each time I asked her about something I didn't understand. It was really good. I am sorry to think that in the future we will no longer be able to stay at the hotel at a discount through the travel support program.

Staff are friendly and patient with foreigners, even though many don't speak English well. Hotel is also very clean and nice.

Amazing Japanese hospitality with first class service. This Onsen hotel was recommended to us by our Japanese acquaintance. Even though the location may be a bit off from the main city hub of Tokyo, it matters little to us as we truly enjoyed our stay. The

朝食は三日間変化なし 残念だが連泊者には魅力に欠ける 夕食も連泊者は万葉御膳以外の選択出来る御膳が明確でなく、夕食費用が正規に反映されているのか疑問 元々連泊者を想定していないのかとも思われた 無料送迎バスは運行しているが、本数が少なすぎる気がした 連泊には不向きだと感じる

駅やバス停から距離があり、行くのに時間がかかった。だけど温泉や設備が充実しており、ノンピリ一夜を過ごせた。夕食の万葉御膳は味はとても美味しいが量に少し不満。
