“う～ん”
禁煙ルームだったのに強い煙草臭（エアコンの匂いか？）。バスルームは新しかったけど既にカビ・サビが発生しており残念。駅に近く繁華街だから便利だけど深夜過ぎてもかなり騒がしい。朝食提供時間がとても短い。

“駅に近い”
駅に近いのは非常によかった。おまけに、周囲にはたくさんの飲食店があり、便利。ただ、無料とはいえ、朝食のおかずがなくて、がっかり。その日の朝食はカレーだった。

“駅近く便利です”
無料の朝食は、メインを２種から選べますが、思った物と違ったので見本があればいいのになあと思いました。リンスインシャンプーは苦手なのでトリートメントを持参、又シャワーキャップが置いて無かったので持参して良かったです。部屋の広さは、寝るだけなので十分でした。

“部屋が綺麗です”
初めて利用しました。外観は、看板も明朝体で「新宿屋」の、いかにもビジネスな感じのビジネスホテルでしたが、お部屋がリニューアルされたとのことで、外観等からは想像出来ない綺麗さでした（＾＾）私はユニットバスの時は、大抵シャワーだけで、なんと無く衛生的でない感じがして湯船にお湯を溜めて入る事は無いのですが、今回は疲れていたこともありましたし、ユニットバスも綺麗でしたので、お湯をはって入りました。換気の音が結構大きくて気になりました。エアコン切り忘れたかな？と思うくらいでした。街中なので便利ですが、夜中までかなり騒々しい音が聞こえてきました。神経質な方だと熟睡出来ないかもしれません。朝食会場は狭いですが、普通に美味しくいただきました。
