Normally the bath and sauna at the fitness club adjacent to the lodging is usable by staying guests free of charge, but please note that operating hours will be shortened during the year-end/New Year period as follows.

Dec. 30 (Tue.) and Jan. 4 (Sun.) are special operating days (available for all members). Regular operating hours, 10:00 -21:00, will resume from Jan. 6 (Tue.).

*There is no reimbursement for membership fees due to the above closure period.

For my opinion this is very nice hotel with very helpful staff. Good location - near metro, bus and tram stations - give you the possibility to reach all main sightseeing in Kyoto.

Great hotel, quiet and comfortable. However it can be hard to reach from the station using the subway. However the bus is very convenient, get a map of the bus routes and buy a bus pass in the station before you set off.

“Convenient and comfortable”
I have regular business in Kyoto and often use the hotel on those occasions. The key points are that it is close to the station, the front desk is very helpful, and the breakfast is good. You can use the bath in the gym attached to the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby. There are also many convenience stores. There are many bus stops nearby for sightseeing. Reasonable rates. The rooms are relatively spacious.
