    由於位置就在京都車站裡面，無論搭乘公車、地下鐵、JR線、甚至新幹線都非常方便。服務人員都很友善。浴室稍小但乾淨且足以使用。由於車站內已有許多早午晚餐供選擇，所以建議訂房時不附餐食。

    非常不满意的一次住宿体验。首先，这里的价格比携程同期贵了近千元。其次，酒店前台部分人员的服务态度非常不好。作为自驾客，酒店没有停车场，完全没有办法上下行李。不得不把车停在伊势丹，然后步行穿过整个京都站去前台询问。前台英语蹩脚，态度生硬。我的问题一出口，马上拒绝，我们没有帮忙拿行李的服务。结果，我和老公在京都站，拿着两个大箱子，转悠了几圈。(这里顺便吐槽一下京都站的电梯设置，非常不合理。互相之间的连通性非常差。对于人生地不熟的游客，非常不友好。一如其他日本人对京都人的评价，哈哈)
