Opening on July 1, 2016, this brand new hotel offers dinner (daily changing menu) and breakfast (Japanese/Western buffet), both free of charge! Enjoy the healthy salad bar and drink bar for free.
For their free dinner, guests can choose from a daily-changing set meal or a beef curry. Dinner hours are from 17:00 to 21:30, so dinner cannot be served after 21:30. Breakfast will be a Japanese/Western-style buffet meal. There is a convenience store on the 1st floor of the hotel next to the entrance.
One-day tickets for the city bus are also available for purchase. Using the city bus and subway provides convenient access to all famous sightseeing spots in Kyoto City. There is a coin laundry (pay washing machines) available in the hotel, which is also convenient for consecutive night stays.
Baggage can be held for free before check-in and after check-out, but space is limited and this service may not be available.

２食付きで５，０００円程度で利用出来たのは奇跡的。今回の観光場所は京都の南地区も多く便利だった。

１人旅でいつも利用しています。京都は食べ物が高く２食付きは、ありがたいです、主婦としては上げ膳据え膳が最高！東寺にも近く新幹線から見えるシンボルの五重塔を見に歩いて行けます。今回は、旦那を連れての旅でしたので、交通機関をよく使いました。南門前から祇園までバス１本で移動。 お安く泊まるならここしかないと思います。

“cost-effective”
The facilities are reasonable in price, but since meals are provided and stomachs are filled, I think the cosmopolitan price is quite high. I think that dinner is at the level of what is offered in the city for about 500 to 700 yen. You can eat as much salad (lettuce, cabbage, corn, young corn, etc.) as you like for both dinner and breakfast. The large bathroom was closed due to the Corona disaster, but if you can use the large bathroom when it is available, I think it is a great cosmetic experience. They also offer luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. It was very helpful for a hotel of this price to do that.
