With a wonderfully atmospheric cobblestone road right outside its door, this townhouse is brimming with traditional Kyoto spirit. Free parking for 2 cars is available and there is a 24-hour supermarket just 7 minutes walk away. This rental townhouse is well connected to the rest of the city with easy access to Arashiyama via Sanjoguchi Station just 8 minutes away and the JR and Kyoto Subway lines via Nijo Station (8 minutes away). The house is a 2-storey wooden building (non-smoking) without an elevator. The entire place is available to rent for those looking to have a taste of the traditional. After check-in and a short explanation of the facility, guests are free to come and go as they please - it's not so much "staying", as in a hotel, but "living" in your own Kyoto house. Meals are not provided, but guests are free to make use of the fully-furnished kitchen. Please try not to cook anything too smelly though! Amenities like shampoo, tea and coffee are provided.

古い建物なのかなと思っていたのですが とてもキレイでした。 家にいるような感覚でついついのんびりしてしまいました。 スタッフの方も丁寧に対応して下さりました。 ありがとうございます。

very great house！love it so much! The landlord is so kind and speak English very well. But the location is a little bit difficult to find, and about 5-10min from the nijo station.

“気軽に貸切できました”
最寄り駅からやや歩きますが、貸自転車が２台あったので朝食を買いに行ったりと便利に利用出来ました。また、空気入れはありましたが、タイヤの空気が最初から入っていなくてちょっぴり残念でした。 アメニティは、化粧水や乳液等が無かったので持参をオススメします。
