Very high quality of overall experience and particularly nice room. Important to learn to use kyoto buses to get around as a bit away from the centre; kyoto is very spread out. Service a little bit stepford wives.

Very good hotel, and very nice staff. With new hotels to compete, such as the new Ritz Carlton and the upcoming Four Seasons, should look for ways to keep up and improve services

Very beautiful bedroom, luxury. No time to use spa and fitness. Breakfast is perfect. May be not enought japan spirit. Nevertheless, proximity of hospital create lot of noise, especially during the night with emergency cars.
