As usual in Japan - everything was as promised, no misrepresentations. The hotel was clean comfortable, staff was welcoming, the room was small but reasonably sized. The bathroom/shower unit was on the larger size. The onsen was perhaps not luxurious

“Excellent”
Small (8 rooms a floor), comfortable and good location only 200 metres from exit 2 of Gojo subway station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Looking a little tired and probably due a refurbishment. Would stay again.
