The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is spacious yet no safe box is available. The room supply is better than I expected. The spa is excellent but the charge is bit more than expected for two visits in 24 hours.

This is an excellent hotel, not too big, and suitable for families. The rates through JapaniCan were reasonable but the rates at the desk were a bit too high. The breakfasts are remarkably good. This place is highly recommended.
