京都の宿を転々として３年８カ月今回初利用でした。今まで前を通ることは数えきれないほどあり１度利用してみたいと思っていたのでその願いが叶い本望です。過去最高宿泊料を裏切らない一夜でした。部屋まで案内してもらったのは初めてです。朝夕の料理も味量とも申し分ありません。部屋の広さ明るさフリーＷｉ－Ｆｉのつながりコンセント数などもばっちりです。ただ広いのに入口からの廊下部分の使い道がなくもったいないのと服をかけるスペースも不便で冬コートがあるとコート背広カッターと最低３つはハンガーが欲しくハンガーのかけるスペースが短すぎるのが少し不満です。今回何より言いたいのはホテル名入りタオルのプレゼントです。子供の頃家族旅行でよくもらったことを思い出しました。４年前両親も亡くなり楽しかった家族旅行を思い出すことが出来ました。このタオルは思い出の繋がりの１つとして家宝にしたいと思います。

“建て替え前にぜひ！”
１人のビジネス利用でしたが、畳の部屋や朝食の部屋出しなど、古き良き旅館を感じさせるような雰囲気でした。建て替え前ということで、きれいさやお風呂のシャワーが途中でひどく漏れたりとかはご愛嬌。映画「本能寺ホテル」とは関係はないという記載はホームページに書いてありましたが、ゆっくりあがっていくエレベーターに乗っていると、扉が空いた時にそこは・・・と考えてしまうような楽しさもありました！
