Estate Tokyu Nishikyogoku

Newly opened in June 2016! This is an apartment-style lodging with fully equipped guestrooms. Guests can enjoy Kyoto to the fullest while staying as if they were living there.

There are room types that have a sofa in the living room or a dining set in the kitchen. Every room is spacious, and also has a closet and veranda. Each room also comes equipped with a washing machine, convenient for staying consecutive days.

In the kitchen, a refrigerator, microwave oven, and basic cookware and tableware are provided, so if guests bring their own food, they can do their own cooking. There are 2 convenience stores in the immediate vicinity. Although numbers are limited, there are irons and rice cookers available for guests to borrow for free.

Unlike most hotels in Japan, the lavatory and washroom in each room at the estate are separate, and not combined. The bath is equipped with an automatic hot-water supply system.

The entrance to the estate is an automatically locking door, so security is flawless. Located in front of the estate is the Nishigyoku Athletic Stadium, which is recommended for morning jogs or a simple walk.

Children 12 years old and younger that will need a bed, please make a reservation for Child C (half the price of an adult); children that will sleep with a parent (no extra bed or towel) are free of charge, so please make a reservation for Child D.
