Into the ecological, economical and enjoyable? This hotel is environmentally friendly. Towels and sheets are not washed every day, but every 4 days. However, optional cleaning is available for a fee. For guests staying between 2 and 4 nights, room cleaning service is JPY 1,500 per room. 3 minutes walk from Higashiyama Station. A convenient location, walking distance from many famous Kyoto sights. A convenience store is just 3 minutes away on foot. All rooms have free Internet connections. Rooms are non-smoking, but a smoking area is on the 1st floor. No curfew, and it is possible to check in on the first day until 22:00. There are three floors, but no elevator. Communal space on the 1st floor with a variety of amenities to use for free, including: a computer, massage chairs, coffee, tea, green tea and mineral water. There are also drinks vending machines and a laundry. The hotel has 4 bikes available to rent for JPY 800 per day - a great way to get around Kyoto.

Great location. Great value for money. The staff is really nice and welcoming. Very clean. Simple accomodation but good. The only three problems are no elevator, no real breakfast, the beds are awful !

Unusual for a hotel-type accommodation in Japan. Friendly and trendy, large room, casual and welcoming, without the more frivolous usual amenities and elevators. Breakfast very light but free. Quiet, very and convenient location.

朝は３種類のパンのサービスがありました。コーヒーや紅茶は朝だけでなく７時から２３時まで自由に飲めるサービスも嬉しかったです。また電子レンジも部屋にありました。青蓮院も間近にある静かな立地にあるのも良かったです。

少し通りを入り込んだ位置にあるので目立たないが、それが却って良い。地下鉄の駅にも近く。室内設備も予想以上。掘り出し物の感覚。

当日、朝に限定のプランを予約しポイントも利用したので、格安で宿泊できました。施設はおそらく以前、ワンルームマンションであったところをホテルに改装したようなので、シングルルームも結構広かったです。また、コーヒーなど飲み物が朝だけでなく、夜１１時まで無料で提供しているなど良かったです。また、機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。

最初口コミなかったので、どうなんだろーって思ってたんですが、店員さんの対応もよかったし、中もきれいで、マッサージきやコーヒーも自由で、一階でくつろいじゃいました！！また京都行った時はとまりたいです！

少しホテルを見つけ辛いが、電話で的確な案内。車で来たが、到着前に、駐車スペースに名前が表示されており、気持がよかった。サービスもＯＫ、但しシャワートイレが故障しており残念、そして、階段しかないため、重い荷物には辛い。 でも、リースナブルできれいなため、また利用したいと思う。

價格適合需要住房較多天的人，地點位於安靜的住宅區，Free laundry，沒有電梯。雖然不是在鬧區，但是走路到地鐵站或公車站牌都在可接受的距離，搭公車到各個景點都蠻方便的。.
