The room was somewhat smaller than the 30.1 square meters indicated. But the room was super clean and the hotel was outstanding in all other aspects. Great location and breakfast was very good!

Nice new hotel close to Kyoto station. Rooms are Japanese size unless you pay for larger. The breakfast buffet was OK not great. Would stay there again, but next time I prefer and will pay more for the larger room.

The room is nice and tidy up. The transport is really convenient and bus stop and train station are just nearby. There are many food storesaround. Even the weather is bad, there is underground from hotel to train station. Highly recommend.
