“フロントの方が親切でした”
フロントの方に近隣の飲食店について伺ったところ非常に親切に対応していただきました。部屋についてはフットライトがなかったことが不満です。朝食は和食向けのおかずはあったのですが洋食向けのおかずが少なく若干不満が残りました。多少の不満を言いましたが、総合的な評価としては十分満足できるものでしたので釧路を訪れる機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

“フロントにて、も少し説明をお願いしたい”
不快な思いはしませんでしたが、少し情報不足が目立ちました。館内風呂、アメニティについては説明がなく、施設の開館情報もその通りではありませんでした。居心地は良かったのですが少し残念な点でありました。

“あいさつ”
館内もとても清潔にされていました受付の方の挨拶も気持ちよく元気になることができました。今回駐車場を利用いたしましたが、未舗装のスペースでしたのでこれから雪が降ると足元が悪いかもしれません。

“コスパが良かった。”
一人旅で翌朝が早かったので、泊まるだけでの選択でしたが、何の問題もありませんでした。コスパが最高で良いホテルでした。
