Breakfast and dinner were good, with a large variety of dishes, but the toilet in the room was old and difficult to use, perhaps because it was in the Crystal Hotel. The only amenities in the room are a toothbrush and shampoo, and you have to bring your own choice of other things from the side of the front desk. There is a hair dryer in the room, but the power supply is taken by the bidet in the bathroom, and there is no outlet for the hair dryer, so you have to use it in your room.

The menu was delicious with seasonal ingredients. The price and room rate were inexpensive compared to Tsuruga, and the bath was pleasant. The lemon water in the bath, black vinegar drink and popsicles after bathing were a nice touch.

There is only one large bathroom, but it has a full glass wall overlooking Lake Akan. I was worried that the reviews were not very high, but I was personally satisfied.

The variety of menu items for both breakfast and dinner was amazing. Only the crab at dinner was disappointing. It would be better without it! Other than that, there were many kinds of desserts and they were delicious. The view was good from the lake side, but it was an old type of room, cleaned well, but too old. （The room was clean but too old. (The toilet seat was wobbly.) I was looking forward to the welcome gift of marimo yokan, but it was too late and I could not have it. It was too old.

“Check-in & Dinner”
It takes a long time to check in, even on weekdays, due to the "DOMIN Discount" period. I think it is necessary to have people fill out the form in advance, or to omit explanations for repeat customers. I understand that dinner is dispersed, but I think it is too late for the dinner to start at 8:00. As expected, there were several dishes that were out of stock and had not been replenished, and drinks had not been replenished either, so when we pressed the button, we were served only water. It was very disappointing because there were many kinds of dishes and the contents were not bad. I understand the feeling, but I felt that we were accepting more than our capacity.
