This was my first stay in Nemuro. The location and facilities are perfect. The breakfast was served in a long line due to a group of students, so I think the operation could be improved.

It has been a long time since I used this hotel, but it must be a popular hotel in Nemuro, as there are a good number of guests staying there. The hotel has a restaurant and other facilities, and is generally clean. The rooms are old enough to be comfortable, but not too old to be bothersome. It is an ideal hotel for both business and sightseeing. Now it would be great if it had a large public bath.

“Response from the front desk”
I booked a smoking room because it was the only one available, but on the day of the reservation, the front desk asked me if I wanted to switch to a non-smoking room. When I told the front desk that I wanted a non-smoking room, another person at the front desk asked me if I wanted a non-smoking room. As a result, I was told that it was impossible because the room was full today. If that was the case, I wish they would not have bothered to ask me something that would raise my expectations.
