We spent most of our time in our room because the weather was not so nice, but it was quiet, relaxing, and comfortable. The Japanese restaurant where we had dinner was excellent, and the food was delicious, and the sake they recommended matched the food perfectly. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful, and even though I was traveling alone, I was able to have a good time. Unfortunately, there was no information from the bus center upon arrival, and the phone was disconnected, which made me feel uneasy. Also, on the way back to the hotel, I almost missed the bus because I did not know where to get on the bus (in front of a neighboring affiliated hotel) and had to wait in the lobby.

Everything from the moment we arrived was excellent and the man at the front desk had a wonderful smile. The food at both dinner and breakfast was well seasoned and the number of items was impressive, and the staff at the information desk were very helpful. The hot spring baths were second to none and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I think this is the kind of hotel that you will want to go back to again and again. We went there for our 20th wedding anniversary and it was a great memory. Thank you very much.

Good Japanese and Western food.”
I have been working alone for a long time and decided to use this room for family services, which had been stagnant. The room was sufficient for 3 people with 2 beds and 1 Japanese style bed. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet style, but there was a large variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, each seasoned to perfection, and we felt the hospitality of the staff. I am sure you are going through a lot of hardships with the Corona disaster, but please continue to make it a fulfilling place to stay. My family was very pleased.

I was able to spend a relaxing time alone using the hot springs as well as the bedrock bath at Wings. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both very satisfying, with a wide variety of items, all of which were delicious. The staff were all very kind. I would like to visit this inn again. Thank you very much.

The standard of food served at this accomodation was very disappointing. It is a large establishment with loads of visitors due to its location abd the service standard was also very average.
