“また泊まりたい”
３人で止まりました。部屋が広くすれ違いによけることなく過ごしました。部屋の備え付け冷蔵庫にビール・ジュースが入っていて、コーヒー・紅茶・日本茶十分に揃っています。アイスクリームも入っていたのですが、残念ながら誰も食べることなく心残りです。夕食は広い個室の食事処で頂きました。お手軽和食を選んだのですが十分満たされどれも美味しく頂き、酒好きの私たち、２時間ゆっくりと食事とお酒を堪能しました。今回は還暦祝いも兼ねているのですとお話をしましたら、デザートに還暦祝いおめでとうございますと入っていて、さらにプレゼントまでいただき心にしみました。スタッフの皆様ありがとうございます。

“就職祝い”
息子の就職祝いのため初めて利用させていただきました。お部屋はマッサージチェアもあり、くつろげました。夕食時お食事を運んでくださる若い方もとても感じがよかったです。『今回は何かのおいわいですか？』ときいてくれたので『息子の就職祝いなんです。』といったところ、専属のパティシエの方に、お願いしてくれたのかデザートのときに、息子のデザートにチョコのプレートに「就職おめでとうございます」と書いてくれました。そしてプレゼントまでいただき、ほんとに感激しました！！！！スタッフの方一人一人がとても細やかな気遣いをしてくれる方達ばかりでした。風の座のお部屋は景色はそんなに広くは見えませんが、我が家は近場の旅行だったので、阿寒は何度もきているので特に景色は気にはならなかったです。もし、景色を楽しみたい方は別の部屋がいいと思います。それよりも、おもてなしがよかったので満足です。

“リッチな気分”
露天風呂付きの部屋は広く、とても贅沢感がありました。残念だったのが、館内風呂です。脱衣所はとても狭く、ゆったりできませんでした。他の施設の様な岩盤浴を楽しみにしていたのですが、狭く入浴後の水もレモン水でなく、ただのぬるい水だったことにガッカリしました。食事に関してですが、夕食時に友人が日本酒の選択に迷っていたら、イライラした表情になり言い方も「決まったら教えて下さい！！」と冷たい言葉が返ってきました。食事内容に関しては土地柄、珍しい物はありませんでした。朝の漬物も種類出せば品数が多く見えるのか？多すぎだと思います。
