    客房乾淨整潔,服務優秀,員工非常有禮,風呂包括戶外岩洞風呂及男女風呂，可惜沒有貸切風呂或家族風呂。位置非常方便，距離湯畑不到三分鐘步程。可惜膳食有待改善。

    位置於草津溫泉湯畑, 如由JR巴士站步行到酒店只要10分鐘, 但因巴士站走到酒店路程中有很多斜路, 建議如有行李, 使用酒店免費接駁車會比較方便, 接待人員會在JR巴士站下車位置等候, 無須特別事前安排。 酒店房,設施及服務令人十分滿意, 可惜當日安排在2樓近湯畑的房間, 晚上有點吵。食物方面, 因同行中一人是不吃海鮮, 酒店方很細心另外準備早晚餐, 故令人覺得酒店之安排很貼心。大浴場及風呂都很整潔, 露天風呂很有特色, 而且沒有很迫, 令人很放鬆。酒店客人以日本顧客多, 故酒店沒有英語或中文職員。

    我们这次是两家合定了一个比较大的和式房间，共三个大人两个小学生。到了大阪屋，房间要比想象中的大，最大的那个和室有一个大窗户，view很不错。饭店服务人员也很nice，英语交流也不成问题。15点CHECK IN后，马上去泡了个半露天风吕，然后就开始送进房间的怀石料理了，东西非常新鲜和美味，给小朋友预定的儿童餐也出乎意料的丰盛！总之这是一次非常满意的入住经历！
