This hotel is located on a hill in the middle of the Kusatsu Onsen hot spring resort. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Japan all year round from this hotel. You can also spend a relaxing time in the large communal bath and open-air bath which are the largest in Kusatsu Onsen and draw water directly from the hot spring source.

We stayed here on our first trip to Kusatsu Onsen. We walked to the hotel from the bus terminal, but as soon as we entered the gate, the staff noticed us and greeted us with dollies and smiles. We were pleasantly surprised by the pleasant service from the beginning, and furthermore, from check-in to check-out, everyone was pleasantly attentive with a bit of thoughtfulness. The dinner, which I was looking forward to, was delicious and beautiful to look at, and even my mother, who usually doesn't like to eat, was very satisfied. Of course, the hot spring was also very nice! I felt like my skin became smooth and smooth, so I went back in three times. It is a little far from the center of Yubatake, but there is a shuttle bus so I don't think it will be a problem. All in all, I am very satisfied!

We visited for a US gesennial celebration. We were delighted with the spacious room. We had dinner in the hall, which was a little uncomfortable, but when we paid the bill, we received chopsticks as a gift to celebrate the passing of the first year of life.

We had a room plan for the main guest room, but we were shown to the new guest room on the day! We were upgraded to a higher rank room for the same price. Thank you very much! It was our first time in Kusatsu and the hot spring was great.

There were ramps, elevators, and escalators throughout the building, so even the elderly with limited mobility were able to enter. The bathrooms were also equipped with handrails so that we could enter with peace of mind. On the last day of our stay, a free bus was arranged to take us to the bus terminal (since we had booked the express train leaving from Naganohara-Kusatsuguchi station later than the regular bus time) and dropped us off around 11:30. It was very helpful. Thank you very much.
